you might have sluggish circulation in your legs, poor venous pulse or any number of things. I dont know your age but I'd still check it out at the docs to rule out anything serious.

Is it only when it is cold? Wet? Why I asked this is many people get arthritis. This flairs when the temperatures change. I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) which hurts year round but there are other symptoms as well (such as toes curling, very painful)...
I understand what you are saying not being a lazy person, hard to be active when your legs (or anything else) hurt!
There are blood tests for some forms of arthritis. You might want to go get them done, and get your legs checked out by the doctor. In the mean time go get some ibuprofen. This is a anti inflammatory. Over the counter stuff is the same stuff doctors give me but in much lower doses. Doctors have told me how many I can take of the over the counter stuff but not everyone is the same.....also find a over the counter pain med. that works. This is until you can get to the doctors...or go herbal, one or the other if your legs hurt as bad as mine do (as well as other parts of body) might be good to get something!
This might help your legs out until you can get to the doctors. Could be other things as well....Try hard not to get depressed, it is a blow when our bodies start to give out on us! Hopefully you have no one accusing you of being lazy?...

It all depends on a number of things; How old are you ? what is your current lifestyle? Are you male or female ? do you suffer from varicose veins?.
If your young and male - you could be over doing the exercise - football etc.?
If you a slightly older - are you on your feet for a number of hours a day?
Female - young are you wearing your heels to high?
" - older how many children have you had , and have you got varicose veins?
Usually elevating your legs helps to relieve aches and pains , and improves the circulation.

Legs can ache for all sorts of reasons.... and there a numerous explanations for your symptoms. It could be down to all manner of things but the best thing is to monitor the situation and if there is no significant improvement then you should seek medical advice. You should also look at your lifestyle and indeed your diet.

This could be caused by many things. Stress, Arthritis, Restless Leg syndrome, Improper circulation, etc. I recommend seeing a doctor. You need a diagnosos from an expert because this could be a dangerous medical condition that needs treatment. Good luck to you.

have you been tested for any viruses like glandular fever. if it's aching in the joint, you could take some cod liver oil tablets. Soaking in a hot bath is a good relaxing way. Seeing a physiotherapist may help. In short, see a dr.

If you are past the growing stage of life, you should consult your physician. You may have a medical condition that is causing the pain. Pain is the bodies way of telling us something is wrong. Try to keep a journal of when you have the pain, what causes it, what makes it better or worse for one week and take it to your physician so he can get a better idea of your situation.
