What would you do if this happens with you? Would you go out in the open with your relation or would you keep it discreet?

It takes a lot of courage, but why not?

I often find older women very attractive and certainly wouldn't mind a relationship, were I available. In fact, if something ever should happen to my wife and I were alone again, I would most likely be interested in a woman some years my senior. I have a good friend who has a very strong relationship with a woman about 12 years his senior and they are doing well.

You can never be happy if you are discreet - go for it!!

I'm not sure that keeping a relationship secret is healthy for the relationship. I think it's important to go out on dates, have friends, and spend time together outside of by yourselves.

But I also understand there are circumstances where you should keep it secret. Depending on your age, if you are too young and dating someone 15 years older...it could mean problems...even if technically legal. If you're 18 and they are 33...that can cause trouble on both sides which you may want to avoid.

But overall don't let people's perceived notions of age and relationships ruin your chances with someone you really care about. It depends on the relationship ultimately.

it depends on if you are 15 and she is 30 that is just lust but if you are a mature adult there is nothing wrong with it there are some older women that look better than some twenty year olds if you are looking for maturity in a woman then that is probably what attracted you to her. when I was well into my 30's I was still getting carded. but after childbirth and other health issues I look more to my age but at 45 I still look younger then some women that are in their twenties. If you really want an honest relationship with this woman you need to determine what are your long term goals? like will she be able to give you children if you marry later or does she come with children? this question all depends on your ages. just remember when she is 85 and you are 70 you may be changing her diapers.

My brother is 30 and his wife is 44. They have the best relationship ever! They have been together for 10 years and married 9. She is one of the best things to ever happen to him. You should go out with her. Don't keep it discreet. More and more people are dating over their age about 10 years. Best of luck!

Yeh, its normal.. attraction is not limited to someone who is the same age as you. Of course, if you really like that person, why would you worry about letting others see it?

Not exactly normal but not abnormal either..
Yes, of course you should make it public..
If you are so ashamed you want to hide it then
don't do it at all....

It's normal, but why hide it. If you like someone, you shouldn't be ashamed of them, if you are, then don't bother.
