i started 2 gain weight and then i exersized and dieted over thanksgiving weekend and lost the 5 pounds so i gained nothing i was determined to not gain weight

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

The key to long term weight maintenance is control which I learned through the Kimkins diet.

Thankfully those days of stuffing myself on holidays is over!

none - I ate a ton, but I went to the gym a couple times and took a few long walks with the dog

Nothing, I ate like I always do. I saved room for my pumpkin pie, and skipped on the sweet potatoes (yuck).

i gained 5lbs :| i was not happy but its gone nw i think it might have had somthing to with the fact that i was just comming on tho..
