Is there not a section on this yahoo question service that allows adults to ask and answer adults!? I'm sick of seeing all of these immature kids filling up the pages with "why won't he talk to me" and "does she like me" and **** like that. Shew it's so annoying makes me not even want to use yahoo.

I am an adult, a grandfather of 5 to be more specific. I have been answering valid questions placed here for some time and ignore the ridiculous. There are many legitimate questions asked and I endeavor to answer those in the belief that I am being of service to a person or persons, who want to know.I endeavor to give a sound and logical answer to the question asked and always ignore dating, singles, etc.

i am 56 and i think that yahoo needs to put an age limit on who can answer or ask questions. maybe they should have a section just for people under 21

Know the feeling - but I just scan for the questions I feel are more likely to be asked by a more mature audience. I steer clear of Beauty and style, Entertainment and music, and any other subtopic that appears to be youth dominated. Good Luck!

I expect to be hit with a barrage of down thumbs, but you are right, and the reason it's this way is because there's absolutely NO WAY to police and guarantee age online. The same reason most porn sites are patronized by people under 18, in other words. There's no policing the net.

I agree it would be nice to have a place to ask and answer questions of a mature nature but setting up a site where you could be sure of the ages of the people using the site would be difficult just like with porn sites now. there would be children who would want to be on the site just because they shouldn't be. But I certainly agree with what you say.

How could you prevent an "infantile" entering a "mature" site ? How do you prevent an immature adult to appear on any site ?
The Internet is like a huge rubbish dump: you have to sift a lot of it to find your jewel...

I agree. The good answers are the one's that always get the thumbs down because teenagers and kids don't understand what they mean half the time or that's not what they would do in that situation becaue they're not mature enough to see what we're talking about.

Half the questions I stop reading because I can't get through them. All this u2, idk stuff drives me nuts.

I hear you loud and clear! It is so annoying! I had a girl ask the other day if viagra made people fall in love, then this girl asked what she could do to make this guy like her..."he said he wanted to touch my boob!" Is the way she put it...it is so ridiculous.
