i just started a job at target and i live in a different town i have not been able to go to school reguarly so im looking at getting my g.e.d and just moving to this town can they fire me because ive missed almost two weeks of school? also can they contact my school without my permission

If you are under 18, the school can revoke your work permit. They can contact your school if you are underage to inquire about your attendance. Their business is liable if they break the underage work laws. If they are scheduling you during your school hours knowing they are doing that they can be prosecuted for aiding the the deliquincy of a minor. Its clear you can not handle that job and school. School comes first.
