Death is the consequence of sin and and God's justice demands punishment if the law of universe is broken, just like how men have laws to keep stability so it is in the entire universe. Who God allowed to be perished, perished because they choose to because God always warns them and ask them to avoid it by following what He is saying. But most choose to follow the devil.

All humanity is now involved in a great controversy between Christ and Satan regarding the character of God, His law, and His sovereignty over the universe. This conflict originated in heaven when a created being, endowed with freedom of choice, in self-exaltation became Satan, God's adversary, and led into rebellion a portion of the angels. He introduced the spirit of rebellion into this world when he led Adam and Eve into sin. This human sin resulted in the distortion of the image of God in humanity, the disordering of the created world, and its eventual devastation at the time of the worldwide flood. Observed by the whole creation, this world became the arena of the universal conflict, out of which the God of love will ultimately be vindicated. To assist His people in this controversy, Christ sends the Holy Spirit and the loyal angels to guide, protect, and sustain them in the way of salvation. (Rev. 12:4-9; Isa. 14:12-14; Eze. 28:12-18; Gen. 3; Rom. 1:19-32; 5:12-21; 8:19-22; Gen. 6-8; 2 Peter 3:6; 1 Cor. 4:9; Heb. 1:14.)

God didn't just outright kill all of the firstborn. God warned Pharaoh through Moses, and sent nine plagues before that one to convince Pharaoh to let the Jews go, but He didn't listen, so God punished him for his disobedience and cruelty to the Jews.

With regard to the Flood, God saw into the ppl's hearts, and they were evil. I'm sure that Noah, while gathering supplies and the animals to bring with him on the Ark, would've tried to convince everyone he could to come with him, but no one did.

Well, sure, I agree that an inflexible, vindictive God is a terrible idea. It doesn't make any sense; as a mother, even I can't understand the terror of the Old Testament. Still, I'll quibble with your statement of "God is evil because of Hell. God created everything...." These conclusions are based on the doctrines of idiots. There are plenty of religious people out there (me excluded...I'm agnostic) who think that God might actually be smarter than we are. My Catholic neighbor thinks I'm good to go in God's eyes. Thank goodness for smart people, whatever their faith.

I think you may be a little confused on your facts. Herod killed all the first born children and the people of earth killed themselves by refusing to listen to Noah.

And think of all the people who have died from AIDS because the Pope will not allow condoms...

There is a slow genocide being committed on African women and children. Their husbands are contracting AIDS and they can not use condoms to protect themselves.

There are also the thousands of people burnt at the stake by Catholic witch hunters.

Religion has a lot to answer for...
