Wow... does it really matter?

Is god up there at the golden gates forming different lines for those who get into heaven. A mormon line, a lutheran line...

Does god really care??? Those stupid little divisions of worshipping god are made by people -- stupid dumb people that have nothing better to do than debate things.

God doens't care what division you are. He doens't care if you are lutheran he doesn't care if you are Christian. Believe in him, get babtized... and bring others to the light.

Because when you pull up to those pearly white gates hes not going to say... another Mormon? Are you kidding me? Hes going to say... "in all of your 96 years you have done 15,304,302 good deeds in your life... you could have done 234,352,353,235.."

It's not about how you worship, it's about what you do. DONT let people tell you differently.

Why did you leave the Mormon church? Why do you want to not be a baptist? Think about those things...
Then, most importantly, ask your Heavenly Father which is true and correct. If you are sincere and really want to know, he will provide an answer though the Holy Spirit.
Good luck.

Well, if you don't know, you should keep on searching. I believe the truth is out there, but we have to put in the effort to find it. Additionally, I think we need to ask God, as I believe God does respond to our prayers. I have studied many religions, and respect all of them, but I always end up back where I started. Good luck.

Consider the specific questions you have and go to the apologetics web sites for each. Consult clergy as necessary. Make the decision. You may just have to leave some things unresolved.

If the Baptist church doesn’t seem right to you, keep searching. There are plenty of other denominations. Never forget that we arch Christians because we desire to serve Christ. That comes first. That is far more important that any church.

Pray about it, and keep searching. No church owns you. Christ owns you because you have freely given yourself to his service. Never forget that.
