The term Judeo-Christian came about to distinguish Jews and Christians from other faiths. Judaism came first, and Christianity formed out of Judaism. At its inception Christianity was just a sect of Judaism.

This term refers to the fact that the first half the Christian bible (major versions) is the Torah or religious book used by the Jewish people.

Therefore they are considered to have the same ideology but not the same theology. So when someone uses this term they are referring to the concept of One God, The creator ideology.

No. The chants that are said when learning the martial arts are based on paganism. Also, Jesus instructed his followers to love their enemies--not to learn skills to beat them up. Judo and true Christianity do not mix.
