You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

In order to loose weight you have to burning more calories than what you taking in. Best way to keep track is keep a food diary and list what you and the calorie amount. It works as an informational tool but also helps you to take control of what you are consuming. Also you want to take a higher amount of protein in than carbs. I am not saying the Atkins diet but by cutting carbs down you will lose weight quickly. It will really promote lean muscle and rid you of excessive fat.

don;t take weight loosing pills... if you take pills you will probably end up having problems further in life.
the fastest way to lose weight is to stop eating carbs. no rice, no potatoes, nothing... with the exception of wheat bread.
drink lot of water
eat healthy food.. avoid oily food....
do a excercise atleast 3 times in a week for half an hour...
eat whenever you are hungry.. don;t skip breakfast.. eat good breakfast but don;t overeat...
do the execrise whih will help you to reduce your tummy.//
basic thing... imporive your life style by eating healthy,food and doing excercise..
10 months back.. my wt was 91 due to pregancy... my babay was just 3 kg.. after delivery my wt was 87 it was 87 for 4to 5 months.. then i started doing excersice ... half an hour daily.. i joined gym.. they have instructores.. and they tell u right excersices...
nowe I am 78. i have lost 13 kgs in 5 months,....

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

give up the old 3 square meals a day routine.
start by scheduling 5 meals per day but reducing the number of calories at each of those meals.
basically eat more often but smaller meals.
do not eat anything after 8pm except water (or three hours before you go to sleep).
take away all sugar snacks and replace with fruits and veggies.

start the day wid 1 hr of running. running means running nd not jogging. then in breakfast have fresh mango juice wid an egg. in lunch have something light. u can have pulses nd rice or chapatis(not more than 2).remember that u should have a complete diet at least ones in a day. have fruits in the evening. take ur dinner heavy avoiding oily stuff. u can have bajare ki roti insread of aata roti.take more of green vegetables avoiding potatoes.
