bt's 100 pound conection fee???

i want a land line but bt want £100 to conect me and i rent the place so the next person wont have to so does any one know of another land line supplyer in eng?

NTL 08454540000,,atleast with them u get ur basic telly chanels,,internet and phone line £30 or it might be £40 per month

Telewest or NTL, they are free connection
