This takes about 30 minutes to make.....and it tastes great!
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound chicken breast tenders, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound macaroni elbows
2 1/2 cups raw broccoli florets
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken stock
3 cups yellow sharp Cheddar
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard (can be omited if you don't like!)
Place a pot of water on to boil for macaroni.
Heat a medium pan over medium to medium high heat. Add extra-virgin olive oil and chicken and season with salt and pepper. Saute a couple of minutes then add onion and cook another 5 to 7 minutes until onions are tender and chicken is cooked through. Turn off heat and reserve.
To boiling pasta water, add pasta and salt to season the cooking water. Cook 5 minutes, then add broccoli and cook 3 minutes more or until pasta is cooked to al dente and florets are just tender.
While pasta cooks, heat a medium sauce pot over medium heat. Add butter and melt, then add flour, cayenne and paprika and whisk together over heat until roux bubbles then cook a minute more. Whisk in milk and stock and raise heat a little to bring sauce to a quick boil. Simmer sauce to thicken about 5 minutes.
Drain macaroni or pasta and broccoli florets. Add back to pot and add chicken to the pasta and broccoli.
Add cheese to milk sauce and stir to melt it in, about a minute or so. Stir in mustard and season sauce with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and cooked pasta and stir to combine. Adjust seasonings, transfer to a large serving platter and serve.

boil the macaroni al dente.
then cut the chicken in cubes or strips and season wit salt & pepper and garlic. Saute in some olive oil until brown add some wine or chicken stock, then degalze the pan. Once comes to a boil add some marinara sauce and let simmer until chicken is done toss pasta in and enjoy.
Also you can just change the red sauce for some Alfredo sauce add some extra sharp cheddar and parmessan then toss all together, put them on a greased oven dish, top with bread crumbs and some more parmesan and bake @ 350* for 20/25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top, enjoy.

4 (1-pound) chicken drumsticks
1 (7.25-ounce) package macaroni & cheese dinner mix
1 1/2 cups water

1/4 cup milk
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add drumsticks. Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on all sides (8 to 10 minutes).
Add dry macaroni and water to chicken (lifting pieces as necessary to assure that all of macaroni is in water). Spoon barbecue sauce onto chicken pieces. Cover; cook until chicken is no longer pink and macaroni is tender (10 to 12 minutes). Remove chicken; keep warm.
Add sauce packet and milk to macaroni; mix well. Arrange chicken over macaroni.
Substitute 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNClN
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Heat oil in fry pan, add chicken in two batches, cook until lightly browned.
once finished leave pan out ready for the next ingredients.
while the chicken is cooking cook pasta, following cooking instructions on packet.
Using the pan cook the onion for about 2 minutes and then add the rest of the chopped vegetables (if you do not like your vegetables crunchy then put them in the microwave for 5 minutes in a microwave safe dish, with enough water to cover them) , also add the tomato soup and whole or diced tomatoes.
Simmer for about 15mins or until vegies are cooked.
In a large mixing bowl put the tomato mixture in followed by the pasta and chicken. Stir making sure everything is coated with the sauce.
add the sour cream to the mixture. If the sauce goes a nice orange, creamy colour then it should be right, if not add a bit more. The amount of sour cream you add can vary depending on your taste, thats just how i like it.
Once the sour cream is thoroughly mixed through, put into a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until cheese goes golden brown.
