Why do I have nagging doubts sometimes?

I've been with my boyfriend for a little over 3 months. We have been pretty good friends for a whole summer and I've known him since Kindergarten. I am his first girlfriend. I really see a future for us and we've told each other we love each other. He even says that he sometimes sees a future. We have both just starte d college and things have been good. Is it possible for him to know what love is...especially if he's never dated before? He's very sincere, respectful, and sweet. He actually doesn't really like to share his feelings at all. Should I have anything to worry about?

I think we all have doubts sometimes because we can't accept that things can actually be going well for us. You need to believe that you deserve a great love and that your current relationshop may be that great love, or it may not be. But if it's not, you have to trust that another love will come your way. Best to just go with the flow of this relationship and trust that if your feelings are telling you that things are going well... then they are. Thinking too much about things or trying to define them is what gives you nagging doubts, I think. Just accept that you have a good thing going and trust that the future will work out as it's meant to.
