Whisky and Beef go beautifully together.

I like to make my own jack Daniels sauce by simmering jack daniels in beef broth.

Before adding the jack daniels and the broth to the pan i mince up and sautee onion, garlic. After reducing the liquor, broth and minced stuff by half I add brown sugar and chives.

Depending on whether I am using this as a marinade or a diping sauce i either make a lot or a little.

Either way.......Whiskey and Beef go GREAT together, specially if you add some garlic and a bit of sweetness too it.

Good Luck and Blessings!

Whiskey Straight is good with any heavy warm meal - like sausages and potatoes, rich stews, hearty pot pies, roast beef, Bar b Que (all kinds). Whiskey mixed is nice with any light meal: Mint Julep with a salad, Whiskey sours with broiled chicken, etc. Hope this helped.
