Stop straightening your hair. Get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks, if you want your hair straight then get a straightening perm or use Matrix Sleek Look Shampoo and Conditioner or a Shampoo and Conditioner that will help make your hair straight. Sally's sells a generic version of Matrix Sleek Look for around $4.50 a bottle.

There are products out there to repair damage - if you use a protein mask (I recommend a product called "Revive" made by Framesi) once to twice a week. Most likely you also need moisture (they make a product called "Drench" for moisture as well). I've used these in conjunction to help my hair bounce back. That's the best place to start. Most likely you should at least get a trim to get the dead ends off. Also, make sure you're using your flat-iron correctly. If your flat iron has a heat setting you want it to be on the higher end of the temps, but only run it through the hair once and quickly. Make sure you're parting your hair into small sections and spraying each with a heat protectant before flat-ironing. Your hair must be completely free of moisture when you flat-iron it. I hope this helps!

See, if you straighten your hair every single day, then NOTHING can prevent it from getting damaged. Not even the most expensive products. Since it's already noticeably damaged, you have to stop heat styling completely for some time, if you want to save your hair. Once it's recovered, don't subject your hair to so much heat more than once a week.

It's important to protect your hair from the heat and at the same time replenish the lost nutrients and moisture to your hair. You can do a deep hair treatment once a week and let it sit for a longer time (say a few hours), it really helps in repairing your hair. Here are some of the good commercial products with my reviews, you can see which one you can get or fit into your budget: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=&ff_name=ReviewList&ff_param_section=3&ff_param_cat=7&ff_param_limit=10&ff_param_order=SubmissionDateNew

Stop straightening it! Or at least cut down to no more than once a week. Once the damage is done, you can't fix it unless you cut it off. You can try doing some hot oil treatments, but they'll only mask the damage.

Sorry, but there is no quick fix for damaged hair. Your going to have to quit straitening it for awhile, and if you really want to straiten your hair this often, then you should really consider investing in a quality professional iron, and use quality products; otherwise, the condition of your hair will only worsen.

straightning is not good for hair especially on a daily basis but if u like the straight look then get your hair rebonded from a professional its not very costly and it`ll work really well for u plus its maintainance free
if rebonding is not possible then make sure that you oil your hair well regularly

you need bed head ego boost. it helps to mend your split ends. Also a good protien based oil would be good when using the flat iron. Bio-silk therepy is great. But if you can't afford these then stop using the flat iron so much find alternitve ways to style your hair.
