As long as your fiancee has a green card, I don't think there are any special things you would need to obtain a marriage license. You can check out this website www.usmarriagelaws.com and click on your state to see the requirements to obtain a marriage license in your state.

I hope your reference, "he has a green card," is a card for the U.S. It doesn't matter if he has a 2 year temporary residence card or a permanent resident alien card, you two can get married. The only thing I know that you will have to do is notify Immigration that you two are married. There would be no special things you would have to do to get your marriage license. Just make sure he has his green card to show his proof of residency and identity.

as far as i know, ther are not. my brother in law is from Poland and had a green card when he married my fiance's sister. their licences was the same as a citizen's. i don't believe they had to do anything special either. just make sure you do everything else that your state requires you to do (some states have waiting periods, and some have blood tests)
good luck!!!

formerly you could prepare for citizenship you're able to desire to qualify to immigrate as an eternal resident the two as a companion or a experienced worker then after 4 years of residing in australia as an eternal resident you could prepare to grow to be a citizen
