both the headaches and lack of energy during training can be a result of not eating or drinking anything prior to the workout.

30min to an hour before..you should give your self a little snack to give you energy for a workout. (piece of a fruit, orange juice)

I used to get bad headaches when I was training and my trainer was also a chiropractor he took me aside and did something to my neck he cracked it or something and never had another headache training. point is maybe you can see a chiropractor he may be able to help.

My advice is to eat chocolate bars.It strange but chocolate bars is a very good source of energy especially when you're lacking it and you're having a headache.Just don't eat too much or it'll cause you something bad.
