Crock pot lasagna! Yummy, made it for my husband to take to a work potluck and he gets requests for it constantly!
Make your sauce as you normally would. I use ground beef and ground sausage, cook up in some olive oil and garlic, drain and add that to my sauce which is a couple cans of tomato sauce, a couple cans of tomato paste, some seasonings (whatever you like..garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning mix, an envelope of zesty spaghetti seasoning, Parmesan cheese...whatever you like) add the seasonings to the tomato sauce and I also add sugar to taste. It's not rocket science, just get it to the taste you like.
Put a layer of sauce down first in the crock pot, than lasagna noodles which you break apart into pieces, than more sauce, your cheese mixture is next, ( I use a mix of cottage cheese and egg)
Than a layer of mozzarella and continue to layer until you end with mozzarella on top.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
When I make regular oven lasagna I prefer my sauce thick, I need to thin it out just a bit for this recipe but other than that it is great!
Another great recipes is to get a pork roast (make sure it's not too big as to fit in your crock) put it in with a bit of water and seasonings of your choice. After about 4-6 hours I add a can of coke, which makes the meat so tender and sweet. I let that cook for a bit and then tear the meat apart with 2 forks and add BBQ sauce and we have BBQ pork on buns.

chicken
or beef
or pork
onions
bell peppers
bbq (optional)
any type of meat will work, i prefer chicken but all will work. put some bbq sauce in the bottom just enough to cover the meat.chop some onions or bell peppers add salt and pepper.let that cook all day on low or 6 hours or so on high.i take the meat out from time to time and cut it up to make cook faster. it turns into shredded chicken beef or pork. put it over rice or on a bun.you season it to you liking.i love bbq sauce so i cover my meat with it. but if you don't like bbq beef stock or chicken stock will work.or even just add some water and season it and the flavor from the meat will spice up the water.

Split pea and ham soup, ham and 15 bean soup, swedish meatballs (my husband's is the best!), scalloped potatoes, pork shoulder (for shredded pork for other things). I have several crockpot cookbooks if you have something else in mind.
If you want any of these, let me know!
