Sleep and rehydration are the best remedy. If you have to get up, make sure to rehydrate yourself. An eye-opener never hurts, and a red eye is a great choice. Stick to one of those with some bacon and eggs, or my personal favorite, eggs benedict. I used to market for Zipfizz and they actually make a great product. It has a ton of B12 and a lot of other vitamins and minerals. You mix it in with a bottle of water, and it works very well. Better than emergen-c. I used to drink a couple of them when I would go to work on the weekends because I was hungover.

Drink lots of water before passing out or going to sleep. Alcohol makes you pee. So does water of course but not at the same rate. The hangover is basically your body saying, "Dude, good times but where's the water".

Preventative...Chug water before bed, and take aleave, ibuprofen, and/or some vitamin mix. DO NOT take headache medicine the next morning, it is too late by then, and you will actually make the hangover a little worse, by restricting blood flow.

A "tomato beer." I swear by it. Get a beer and add tomato juice or V-8. You can even add salt, pepper, and/or tobasco sauce. It might not sound too great, but if you just try it for a hangover, you'll be feeling like a champ. Just remember to have only one or two, or else you're likely to get drunk all over again!

Vitamin B water, more water, banana, and McDonalds french fries since they're salty enough. Or replace the fries for menudo. Plus lots of sleep but if you're like me this morning, coffee is good.

Coffee, B-12, V-8, a cheese burger and a newspaper, oh and lots of water w/ a packet of powdered asprin.

A nap, lots of water, one more drink, a big greasy meal. All these things help but unfortunately it usually takes a full night's sleep.
