You need to get professional help. Try starting with the local Rape Crisis centre. Or your family Doctor. This will take some time to resolve.

Hi, you should see a professional. You are probably just working things out when you are sleeping because you aren't doing it while you're awake. At the very least, you should get a prescription for a sleeping pill. Good luck, I hope things get better soon.

This is way out of my league but believe me, dreams don't mean squat, it's just a way of your brain processing thoughts. Don't let it bother you, have a full night sleep every night and forget about it, if it is really in the past then it's over.

Call this number: 1.800.656.HOPE and talk to people there who should be able to refer you to a place in your area where you can get help! Hang in there! So sorry you are experiencing this and know how terribly draining and frightening it can be but there is help. The number I gave you is for "RAINN" = Rape, Abuse, Incest National network.

I'd go see a phsychologist or counsellor if I were you.

Have you much talked about it with anyone close to you? If not, maybe find someone you completely trust, someone you know will listen and understand, and discuss it with them. Just letting it off your chest with someone close is a huge help.

You need to see a psychologist/social worker.

There is no quick fix for trauma, especially of such a nature.

these things can take a long time to 'repair'.

you want to have this issue cleared before it is time for you to have a meaningful relationship yourself.

good luck!

You get help. See a therapist. I hope you have had help with this before and that your parents know about this already. If they don't, you have to tell them immediately so they can get you into counseling.

Otherwise....this is just going to get worse.
