You should starve your self for at least 24 hours. It seems to me that you either have food poisoning or picked up a virus. If you don't feel any better then go and see your doctor or ask at your local chemist store for something.

peanut butter and crackers are very good for you. The peanut butter has as much protein in it as meat does. The crackers are good to help settle your tummy. That's why pregnant women eat crackers when they have morning sickness. Get better soon. P.S. Drink pleanty of fluids like orange juice, water, gatorade and ginger ale. You need to see your doctor as well.....

It depends on the last time you threw up. Peanut Butter is a bit heavy. First 24 hours after vomiting should be clear liquids. 24 hours after that, you can have liquids and soup. After 3-4 days without vomiting, you can resume your normal diet. Listen to your stomach though. If it starts hurting or you feel nauseous, eat less or lighter foods.

7-up to settle the tummy. Try just the crackers first then add the peanut butter if you keep that down. Soup is good to try with those crackers.

I'd probably even leave the crackers alone. Clear liquids (chicken broth) is best for now. Maybe some jell-o. White soda. Gatorade to keep your electrolytes up.

If you feel you HAVE to eat something solid, just the dry crackers, no peanut butter.

Good luck!

I would just start with the crackers or dry toast. If you can keep that down then move to something like jello or chicken soup.
