Take a look at the site below. It will give you an idea of the standards of service, food etc...
I don't think it will be able to give you details of the likely amount of turbulence in 3 months time though. If you do find a way of predicting the amount and location of turbulence, I suggest you patent it and make millions selling it to the airlines ;-)

Continental is great!
I flew Continental last year from New York to Hong Kong. It was a very long flight, but they provide entertainment. You can watch movies, play games, listen to music... all for free! They provide a pillow and blanket for you in case you get cold or want to sleep. The food is OK. It's not great, but airplane food is never great. I have never experienced turbulence while on a Continental flight, but turbulence can not be predicted. The flight attendants were polite. I would say that it is worth your money.

Flew with them last wk from shannon to new york. 2 movies were shown, had a main meal about an hour after take off and a snack an hour before landing. everything was ok to eat; free soft drinks and water were availble throughout the flight.had some turbulence about 3 hrs before new york and the same coming home, nothing too scary. no delays at all, very quick check in newark, you can check in at any time. found no fault with service, basic but good

Continental Airways are very good and cheap with some of their flights. I went to US using them 3 years ago and I had a great service with them and absolutely first class food too on board the flight.

I flew with Continental back in 1989. They had great service. I really liked them. I went from Germany all the way to the West coast of the US.

Their planes are cramped and uncomfortable. Their customer service people are incompetent and nasty. Your flight (especially if its into Newark, NJ) will be delayed. If they mess up, you will rue the day you gave them your money because they're keeping it whether they earned it or not. Bottom line, they suck balls. Fly Continental at your own risk.
