God is the Creator of all things. The Bible, which is God's letter to humans, tells us what God is like;
Exodus 34:6,7--"The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty--."
1 John 4:8--"He who does not love does not know God, for God is love."
Psalm 37:28--"For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off."
God has a personal name as shown at Psalms 83:18--"That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth."
John 4:24--" God is a spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."
Psalm 86:15--"But thou, O Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth."

Why does it have to be the longest answer? Aren't some of the greatest answers short? I can describe God in one word... Lord
