so i gave this guy a letter and he wont write back.... is he scared. nad once a guy knows you like him he starts ignoring you why?

maybe he is.. talk to him and asked if he has already read your letter. You might have caught him off guard and he doest know what to do next.

Probably because if he does like you he cant put it into words heck he probably couldnt studder it out not to mention put it on paper.
