Store bought. I couldn't kill a pig I raised. Not a vegetarian or anything, just couldn't do it.

I could never butcher something I raised on my own. So I would have to say store bought.

I would definitely buy it from the store. If I raised a pig I would become way too emotionally attached to the cute little thing haha. Sounds stupid I know but that's how it would be for me. I'd feel way too sorry for it.
Instead it would end up with a name...

I used to raise pigs and miss it alot. You can control what they eat,and influence the flavor of the pork. Plus we could tell the butcher how thick to make certain cuts-I really miss ground pork instead of hamburger.

I 100% prefer STORE BROUGHT. I would never "raise" animal for food. Once I desired to take care of an animal, I'd be responsible to feed it and keep it safe till the time it has to leave me (because of illness or too old or accident).

I think pigs are cute and they are quite intelligent. I would grow to attached to one I had raised and after it was killed I wouldn't be able to eat it. So I say store bought

I know its stupidly hypocritical but i dont like to know where my food has come from, i like to think that meat isnt from an animal, as soon as i think it is i cant eat it so i would never be able tokill an animal then eat it!
i also prob just wouldnt wanna kill it for the simple fact i would think it was cruel!
honestly im a walking contradiciton when it comes to killing and eating animals

I would have to buy the pig- I have a problem with watching something die.

The former.
Pigs have no lymphatic system, which removes toxins from the flesh. So they are, literally, what they eat. (which is possibly the reason scripture admonishes us not to eat it.)
But, if one can control what they eat and their environment, you have one tasty, relatively healthy pig!
Just don't name it Wilbur or Babe!

Raise my own. Cost effective to do it yourself. I wouldn't advise anyone to try it though if you don't know how.
