u need not to much worry about immunization while visiting India for long duration, only u have to take few precautions, malaria is not as much common problem in India as it is in African countries, till now there is no case of yellow fever found in India. but it is compulsory for any visitor going to India to get yellow fever vaccine to check infection coming to country.
now about the precautions, diaherrial disease are common in india to prevent that consume only mineral water, avoid uncooked items,
salads, milk products (unpacked), though fried is thought to be unhealthy but it is very safe in view of food poisioning, safe milk products in india are of amul, mother dairy.
till date there is no vaccine of malaria, only recommonded prophylaxis is oral tabs of various antimalarials that to are to be taken frequently and have lots of side effects, safety in pregency is not sure, one choloquine is safer in pregnency is reserved for tretment of malaria in pregnency. no one in india take prophylaxis,
malaria is not common problem except in nort-east states. mosquitoes are big problem in India, best thing is to use mosquito repellents. apply on uncovered parts while going out odomos, use good repellent like all-out, goodknight, for indoors.
other upcomming mosquito borne disease these years in india is dengue lethal disease, no vaccine, better to prevent mosquitoes,
best thing in pregnancy is to avoid unneccesary vaccination, surely to be avoided in pregnancy are live vaccine like rubella, measels, mumps, varicella, safe are yellow fever[ although live vaccine}, polio, tt, hep -A, killed typhoid,
u need not to have worry much, India have got world class hospitals, after going there better to visit gynaecologist there he/she can better guide u about immunizations according to palace and location.presently avoid unnecassary immunizations. hospitals and medicines are very cheaper in india
enjoy your tour
