does anybody know if down syndrome is dominant recessive or sex-linked?

Neither. Down Syndrome is caused by an extra chromosome.

It is neither. It is a chromosomal disorder, trisomy 21. It can be due to non-disjunction (95%), translocation (4%) or mosaic (1%).
