if i was her primary care giver and we stayed together i took care all of her business but she never left a will and my name is on her accounts am i legally obligated to divid her money? its saving accounts and cd's with her &my name on them

Your Grandmother must have told you what she wanted done with her assets. Do as she wished, it is the right thing to do.
