I'm waiting for my sister to arrive, but I live right at the top of the block of flats and the doorbell's not working - how will I know when she comes ?

UH huh huh uh huhh huhh huh, At first I thought the question was something else, anyway, you can have her honk her horn in a way you can identify her or have her do something like that. When my sister comes I can tell because the whole world freezes around her, she thinks she is that almighty.

call her and tell her to call you when she gets to your door because you door bell is not working and you dont want to miss her. if she doesnt have a cell phone than you can just sit in a chair and wait for her to arrive! i hope she has a cell phone! good luck!!!!

if you mean arrive, then go outside and wait for her or have her call you from her cell instead of using the bell.
