Did they steal land from Arabs, Canaans, Kurds, Turks, Berbers, Hittites, Moabs, Sodomites, Edomites, Sumerians, Armenians, Iranians, etc?

I don't think this word "steal" is quite appropriate in this context. Religions influence each other. They see ideas that they like in another religion and incorporate the idea into their own. The Israelites most definitely are a product of their surroundings, just like every other people. And they were influenced by the various ideas. I don't see anything wrong with this. If you see some wisdom in another tradition, why not incorporate that wisdom into your own life?

The Bible presents the Israelites as if they came in from the outside and took over the land of Israel, but most scholars today would argue that it wasn't exactly like that.

jewish monotheism is very, very different from egyptian monotheism. jewish monotheism focusses on a purely transcendent, spiritual deity whereas egyptian monotheism under akhenaten focussed on worship of the sun disc as god. it seems similar but the entire theological concept behind the two are radically different.

as for the creation story, i have no idea what the sumerian creation story is so i can't answer that.

as for stealing dualism and hell from iran, that's just ignorance of judaism on your part because dualism and hell are are rejected by judaism. G-d has no rival power in judaism, there is just G-d, unlike in christianity and islam where satan is his rival. as for hell, jews simply think the idea is ridiculous and its definitely not part of our religion.

as for stealing land, every single society in history has stolen land. the israelites were no exceptions. if you have a problem with it, perhaps you should vacate your own country and give it back to the people you stole it from as well.

It's very possible they "borrowed" ideas from other cultures. As far as stealing land, I suppose you could consider it the same as the lands stolen from Native Americans and the invasion of the Spanish into South America.

You've got it wrong about dualism and hell. That's a Christian concept that was "borrowed" from Mithras or Zoroastrianism. Nothing to do with Judaism!!!

I wouldn't say Jews stole the idea of monotheism. No doubt monotheism was alternately tried and abandoned by many cultures predating the Jewish scriptures. However, there is some evidence that Moses had been a priest of Aten's (the Pharoah who believed in only one god), and that Moses brought his religion to the Jewish people and helped them organize into a political and cultural force.

All religions borrowed from each other in the "dawn of history" times, and land belonged to whomever was victorious in battle.

Ahkenaten presented monotheism to Egypt, yet his son Tutenkamen were given rid of it. Moses is regarding Seti I and Rameses II- both easily one of which had polytheistic reigns. So in a experience of relating specially to Moses, no. yet i does not be shocked if his people took a number of the beliefs from Ahkenaten's cult. many people imagine that they did take lots of the Egyptian mythologies and create their own- rather at the same time as it is composed of the tale of Horus and Seth. i for my section imagine they ripped Egypt off, although that no one will ever completely have self belief it.

No, actually according to the Bible, monotheism was the first type of theism. It was man who corrupted it and began to worship false gods instead of the true Creator. God reached out to Abraham, the forefather of the Jews, and he created a covenant with them. So, the Jews were the ones who re-established monotheism because God chose them.
About the land:
The Jews only conquered Canaan. And they were ordered to by God.

Wow do you even know what you are taking about? Jews do not believe in hell and as for dualism they are anything but. At least try and be smart in your hatred, search the web there are plenty of hate sites you can learn from.

The ideas, no. They 'aquired' them. Remember, once an idea becomes public, it has no owner. Who owns, for example, the idea that 'red roses mean love'? It's just a cultural phenomenon. If I write an essay, so long as I properly cite my sources, the ideas then become mine, and I can cite my earlier paper as a source of those ideas.

They may have borrowed monotheism from Egypt, and various aspects from others, but every culture always borrows from others.

No, perhaps because these things are true, these other cultures wrote of these things because they saw a glimmer of truth.
