First step would be to learn that love has nothing to do with how you feel or how you can make a woman feel. Actions speak louder than words buddy.
Extravagant gifts and etc., dont impress people as much as simple expressions of love like listening when a girl needs to talk and sharing her problems without wanting to hear you're advice on how to fix it.
Find out the things she enjoys, for example when I was 18 I met a girl named Kim. I had her brother go into her room and find out what kind of perfume she used. I then got her some for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. You see, simple things like that!

Give her a massage, stroke her hair, make her some food, ask how she is feeling, hold her when she is crying, always maintain some physical contact - hand holding, arm round shoulder / waist etc ... simple things that cost nothing and mean such a lot to a woman!

Treat her well. Call when you say you will. Be respectful of her and her feelings. Include her in your life. Talk with her and listen to her. Don't be a doormat.

tell her that you do; buy her flowers if you don't have the guts to tell her write her a sweet letter buy chocalates and dress up take the flowers and chocalates and the letter and give her them and then take her out for dinner or somein.
