back up. It does not stall and no service lights go on. Does not have any kind of leaks.

it only stops once in a while, and have not really filled the tank gas it up all the way

There two things I would check, or have checked for this problem. The first would be to clean the throttle body. Obtain some aerosol cleaner from your local auto supply. Remove the rubber air supply hose that goes from the air filter to the throttle body. Have someone sit in the car with the gas peddle to the floor (car not Running). You'll see black soot inside the throttle body. Spray the cleaner in to the throttle body until the black stuff goes away. Go for a ride that's long enough for the car to warm up. Next try a tune up. Plugs, wires, air filter, & PCV. If that does not work, have the Torque Conveter Lockup circuit checked in your transmission.

the 1st assumption may be they guy with the Lexus. besides the fact that, if the caravan guy took the Dave Ramsey path.... that is totally available HE has added income hand, not owing a piece. credit to purchase a lexus does not equate to stuffing charge funds right into a saving account with a caravan. ,

lol the answers. but your question is a very good one. the engine size milage and such would help a little. some more info also like at every light, once in a while, only with so much fuel in the tank ?!?!?!

start with cleaning the throttle body that should it . if not you might need a idle air control valve some people call it a (iac). good luck

it sounds like your idol senceor is going out or your fule pump is going out but my moms old van has over 300000 miles on it and it still runs good
