What would you like to be like? If you could wake up tomorrow and be the person you want to be, what would you be like? - Would you look different, speak differently, have a different job. Would your family and friends be different? Or would you just have a different past - not have made those 'mistakes', missed those 'opportunities' etc? - Answer this question first then move on to the second part below...
Once you have answered the above, then write down what you are like now, and what your life looks like at the moment, where you live, what job you have, friends and family you see, also -what you regret.
Then thirdly, look at what you WANT to change about your life now and what you CAN change (they may not be the same things) in order to improve your life and getting it looking as close to the answers to the first questions as possible!
Then, do it - change. You can do it, you can do anything you set your mind to. You posted this question because you want to change, and that is a very big step.

Errmmmmmm........interesting question. I'm getting there, i think you grow to like yourself. I found i was always far too hard om myself, something im still alittle guilty of. Once i let go and went with the flow abit more i seem to be loads happier. Also honesty plays a big role in happiness and doing the right thing. Good luck, keep smiling XXXXX

i'm sorry u dont like yourself!u should like yourself, cos your not gonna get another chance to be someone else in your life so find out what you don't like and change it.i'm only just starting to like myself because i went through a rough 6 years recentley and i'm only 13!lol if you talk to people about how you feel it really helps,i know i'm young but i have grown up mentally so much because i had to,so take my advice and just have a chat with someone and just tell them your feelings,if it be a family member,a friend,or a speciallist.good luck!:)

That's 'cos your Scottish....
Only kidding, of course I like myself, I'm not vain or anything, but I can see so much in others which I don't envy at all, and at the end of the day it's up to me who i want to be....

For the most part I like who I am. Deep down, I think we all would, if there were not outside influences that conditioned our way of thinking.

I do now, but it took years for me to even like myself. It has been a journey that I continually travel.
