here in Indiana we got married with my husband's birth certifacte from Mexico. Does your bf have any id from his country? Also, if u file for his citizenship you are finically responsible for him for the next 10 years so make sure this is what u wanna do.Call the court to see if this will work and if it needs to be translated if u have any questions email me fineladysouth@yahoo.com

The information you need is He your illegal alien lover must LEAVE the country and take the baby with him.
When he applies the LEGAL way, he can come back into the United States, then and only then. If he doesn't leave report him to ICE.
Let him know right off the bat who's the boss!

I think all those other answer are stupid. I'm in the same situation but we're already married but if your boyfriend wanted to became a citizen I think you should first try to get TPS (Temporary Protected Status) which protect him for one year but when get married you need to filed petition i130 for him but he will have to go back where he came from in order to file out the paper in his homeland. It worked for us.

He needs his birth certificate and some form of picture identification. Also, make him sign a prenuptial agreement, so that when he gets his green card and leaves you and the baby, he will not be entitled to any of your money or property. Do not sign any loans on his behalf either. When he leaves you, you will be responsible for his debts. (It happened to me).
