how to build a hang glider?

i got tired of four wheel drives and dirt biking.. i accidentally jump into this page about "Hang Gliding" and got interested.. is there anyone out there who can help me on how to build one please?

My suggestion is don't be cheap and buy a real one.
You don't understand the positive and negative forces
on the frame and wing spar. It's not like building a kite
and take it out for it's first flight. But If you think that you can
build one and fly it with no experience with building or even
flying one go right a head, I love it when I see some knuckle
head make the news, I just laugh my azz off.
