I recently tried this out: Avon Body butter buffer every morning, don't eat take aways/junk food at all, always eat home meals with low fat and salt, at least 1 litre of water everyday, Olay first effects on my face for moisture and clarins cleaners to remove make up and in bed by 10pm. And oh, forgot, I try to have some fresh air every now and then.

Working wonders so far I can tell.

2) Stay out of the sun. When you are in the sun, wear sunscreen - at least SPF30+, and over your moisturiser
3) Cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day. Start using eye cream and lip serum when you reach your late 20's.
4) Exfoliate once or twice a week
5) If you can, use a face mask once a week
