Could be a magnesium or potassium deficiency sign.
Take a calcium magnesium zinc pill 3 times a day with meals, and eat 3 servings of fruit for potassium to see if it helps.

My wife has a nerve in head that is twisted an MRI has shown. If it doesn't stop soon go to a doctor. Not life threatning but may need doctors opinion. Might just be a speck of something in your eye to be washed out.

its related to sleep deprivation most. but if the twitching is unbearable you should see a doctor. your eye health should not be compromised

in most cases this is a result of tiredness (lack of normal sleep)
in some cases it is stress related.
see what happens after a week of normal sleep.
