For me it's when you say hello to someone and they blank you. Open a door and they walk through without acknowledgement OR those people with small dogs that panic, picking up thier mutt whenever I come by with my medium sized setter who is soft as shite.

I am with you all the way with peoples lack of manners these days! I do get very cross and sometimes make a loud sarcastic retort about it! Normally does the trick! On the other hand when having the door held for me, I ALWAYS acknowledge this pleasantly out of PURE HABIT!!!

With regard to the little dogs verses the big dogs, well I have to admit I did have a toy Yorkshire, an when he was very little and people laughed at him, (dogs do NOT like being laughed at!)
I told him that he would be a Rottweiler when he grew up, the little git took me at my word and would attack anything on four legs, an Australian Ridge back was the last one! So I think its quite often fear of what the little snappers might do, then what your friendly setter would! lol Least wise it was in our case.

Ditto. My ex thinks that the world revolves around him, and that the sun shines out his @$$, AND that he knows everything about everything. No bud, you're not all that and a bag of chips, that's why you're not with me anymore. That pisses me off.

People who come to America and don't love America. That pisses me off. Also those people don't learn English. Then I go to McDonald's, and they can't take my order because THEY don't speak English. ARGH! Learn English, love this country, and come here legally. Is that so hard?

People who don't return the favor when you do something nice for them, or acknowledge you. Like letting them over when they're in the decelleration lane in a construction zone on the interstate, etc. Just be nice. Wow I sound so mean, but I just get frustrated when people aren't kind to their neighbor. It's not that hard just to take a second and be nice to people. Your life isn't more important than anyone else's.

well....

1) Michael winner, because he is just pretentious and generally snobby

2) Barry scott off the cilit bang adverts. That isn't his voice, I am sure!

3) Sunday drivers. they go way too slow. they really do

4) People who are your "friends" yet manage to throw chalk at you (don't ask) and are generally rude

5) People who don't say thank you. How many times have I let old people, or people with small children, or people in general past or through wherever or let them go first, or hold a door open etc. etc. and them not say thank you??? It is so rude and I don't see why it is so hard for them to say thank you.

6) Rudeness when I was on the tube. When I went to London, there were really rude people on the tube. They push past you, don't say please or thanks, try and get through the ticket barriers before you and stuff like that. One woman was even pushing me with her fist in my back because I was "too slow". I'm glad I managed to shout at her kinda. It may seem like I'm one of those rude people on the tube, but if you get somene ushing you in the back, you can't help but get annoyed. Also, when you are on the escalators, people get annoyed if you aren't standing as far to the left as you possibly can without getting mamed against the side of it. What is the rush??? they charge down it. You then see them a moment later waiting on the same platform waiting for the same train as you, that isn't gona appear for the next ten minutes.

7) People at their workplace that annoy you on purpose just because they are fed up of or hate their job. Like today, I was getting the train home. Walking to another platform, a woman appeared running for the train. The doors started to close and she didn't make it. The conductor wouldn't let her on, and she was told to wait. The kinda unacceptable thing was that the train itself didn't leave for another 5 minutes.

These are just a few things, and believe me, I could rant on for a long time about what annoys me.

I guess the same things, bad manors, our day would be so much more pleasant if everyone said please and thank you, it doesn't take much effort to be nice but it seems beyond most people, I imagine that they are seriously unhappy people, with insignificant little life's and the only way they can take out revenge on the world is by being rude....I hate when people are late too, it shows a real lack of consideration and thought.

Lots of things but my main ones are all driving related:
Drivers who pull out really quickly in front of you then drive at a painfully slow pace for the rest of their journey, people who don't indicate, people who don't acknowledge or say 'thanks' when you let them pull out people on push bikes (nothing personal, just find them a pain the behind when I'm in my car)! Thought I would stick to driving ones as being Monday we'd be here all day if I'd really got going!

Oh, or dog walkers that don't have their tiny dogs on a lead so it comes bounding over to your dog (on a lead) and the owner looks at you like you've stabbed their family, just cause their dog's sniffing yours!
Drivers that dont indicate are anoying too. If there is such thing as re-incarnation, said people should come back as sprouts

Snobs.
People who think there so popular or all that when really there nothing once they enter college.
Liars.
Fake people.
People who can't blow there noses and keep sniffing that crap back up.
People (only elementary teachers have done this to me) talk to me like I'm a child.
Overly nice people.
Men in general b/c I'm never seen as more then just a buddy friend.

Like you people who blank you when you say hello, it costs nothing to say hello back and smile at someone, people who assume I'm worthless because I can't work due to a serious accident, people who allow their kids to come running up to my golden retriever then call her nasty when she backs off or barks at them for scarring her, shes old and almost deaf, what do they expect, people with those yapping dogs who allow their dog to go snapping round the ankles of my dog and think its really cute.

My hate is from way back when, when I worked in a bar....when people order what it is they want, then you give them a total and put out your hand for the cash and they deliberately put the money on the counter as if they couldn't possible touch you!!!

Arrghhhh I used to hate that.

Then what boggles me more and whats even worse is then when you go to give them your change and they hold out their hand....Whats that all about?!?!?! Who do these people think they are?!?!

It still p*sses me off when I see it happen now, and its not even happening to me!..........You've got my blood boiling now!

It is going through a drive through for a burger and coke, and getting someone who is ignorant , inefficient, and RUDE!!! It is one thing to be slow to get things, or another to be sloppy, but RUDENESS is a choice. And why work with the public if you can't bounce back from normal aggravation?
