Depending on where you are stationed, the military may do the procedure.

Yes. However as optional surgery she may be required to take leave.

Another thing she can do is see if the Army will do this for her. The Army has reconstructive surgeons who need to stay in practice so they do this sort of thing on a 'space available' basis.

Gee I sure hope so, wouldn't want a thing like that to get in the way of your promotion prospects. If you were ever to be, I don't know, say required to crawl through mud, once pumped up they should give you the confidence to pro-actively ask one of the boys to do that for you too!

sure but you must send you "after" pics to me for final approval. J/K, if there is a medical need the Army will do it for you, if it is not you can usually have optional outside surgery as long as it does not interfere with your mission. Before laser surgery was approved thru the Army a lot of soldiers had it done outside.

you can get anything you want done on your own time and your own money. you'll have to take leave for the surgery and recovery period. i would not allow any military doctor to "practice" surgery on me. find someone who is an expert at plastic surgery.

after swearing in as a US soldier your whole being belongs to uncle sam and anything you do to your body permanently has to be approved by the military you serve or you could be subject to disciplinary actions.

If you're UK Forces then of course you can. Her Madge doesn't own us like uncle sam owns the US forces. We've even had men having the swap over!

you cannot...when you sign those papers, your body actually belongs to uncle sam, an enhancements or self inflicted bodily harm and create you trouble...also, the US military insurance would not approve any of the procedure

i wouldn't think so. my son-in-laws brother couldn't get in the service unless he had his tattoo of a confederate flag removed from his arm. they said that creates racism. your implants could bust and cause you problems. you'd be better off asking a service woman or man, recruiter.

Sure! You may have to take leave to do it, in order to heal enough to return to duty.
