This is not yet stalking, true stalking is horrible!
But I do understand that you want this guy to stop what he is doing. Best thing would be to confront him with it.
- If he puts his arm on your desk again, tell him that you don't want his arm on your desk.
- If he sends you email again, reply only once: write him that you want him to stop sending you emails.
- If he gets too to close to you, tell him to go away.
If none of this works, you need to tell a teacher or your parents. But as long as you did not tell him that you do not want his kind of attention, he will not know that you dislike it.........
Good luck!

Ya know, "stalking" is something that's done with ill-intent. One animal will stalk another, meaning to kill it. It doesn't sound like this fellow has any ill-intent. You may be annoyed, and that's legitimate... but you're not being stalked. Someone is showing you some youthful interest, and at that age it can express itself inappropriately, simply for lack of living experience.
Tell this fellow, politely, that he's paying more attention to you than you feel comfortable with. I'm sure that you would want to be shown that same level of courtesy if you made a mistake born of inexperience.
Don't assume the worst of people. Try being kind first. If that doesn't work, ratchet up the response.

Have you told this guy to leave you alone? Not in front of people, because that's just mean. Perhaps when you get one of your daily emails you should just let him know that you're not interested in him, and that his attentions make you a little uncomfortable. If he persists, you need to be more direct with him and tell him to his face. You might also want to sit someplace else...have your teacher reassign your seat, or just move to a different location.

You need to approach him & tell him that you are not comfortable w/ this kind of behavior, & that you would like it if he stopped emailing you & eavesdropping on you. Be firm but polite so he gets the message. Chances are he will leave you alone if you say something to him.

But I'll advice you to warn him , first . America is a free country ; this guy can't ask someone to love him like that . You'r not a slave . So let him know that !!!!

Tell him once nicely that he is disturbing you.
If he continues, tell him once more not so nicely that you are upset and may have to speak to someone.
If he still continues then tell someone in a position of authority (teacher, parent, cop).

You have a mouth, so use it. Tell him to mind is own business. Say this as nicely or as rudely as you want, but make sure you get your message across.

TURN THE TABLES ON HIM. GET IN HIS FACE AND
CALL HIS BLUFF. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT, HE'LL GET
INTIMIDATED AND BACK DOWN.
YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER HIM IF HE'S STALKING YOU.
MAKE ALL KINDS OF ANNOYING DEMANDS.
BY THE TIME YOU'RE DONE WITH HIM, I DON'T THINK
HE'LL KNOW WHAT HE'S ACTUALLY GOTTEN HIMSELF
INTO.

An earnest talk with the teacher, and guidance counseler should do it.Have them move you to another part of the room.If that doesn't work.....a swift kick to the "Nads" will do it.
