If you want to keep dying your hair, try henna (use body art quality, and be sure to do a test strand first) or indigo, or try any of the bright colors by brands such as punky color or manic panic (just don't bleach your hair first).
They are all natural, plant-based dyes that will NOT damage your hair, and may even improve its condition.
There's no way to keep using chemical dyes without damaging your hair. Once it is damaged, you can minimize the appearance of the damage by conditioning it really well, but the damage won't actually go away until you cut it off.

You cannot dye your hair without any damage, b'coz all dyeing product contains chemicals. It change our natural hair color using that chemical.
Definitely your hair will get damage. If u really love to dye ur hair means use Streaks Hair Coloring Agent - it is a herbal coloring dye but not the permanent one.
Also you can use henna to highlight ur hair.

Start by going to a salon and getting your hair back to its natural color. The stylist will know what to do than get prof. sham. and cond. from them so they can RX the best one for your hair type. If it is really dry they may sug. deep cond. treatments once a mo. or so. If you really feel you need to dye it only get it prof. done. the stylist will be sure not to over process hair. A product I sug. is AVEDAS Damage Remedy set. I'm not going to lie, it is pricy but it works wonders. It is a three step system that restores protein in your hair. a sh., cond. and treatment that you leave on over night or for a few hours.

Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat 2 or 3 times to issue total saturation. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.
Hot Caster oil massage: Warm ½ cup of castor oil, massage into scalp and gently comb it. Bind the hair with hot towel on the head, wait for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse. As it is home made is so good to use for scanty hair.
Clove oil honey massage. Stir well ½ cup of green olive oil with 1 cup of liquid honey. Shake vigorously. Keep the mixture to settle for a day or two. Massage into the scalp and comb it not touching the scalp. After massaging cover hair with plastic shower cap. Make it air tight to let the heat penetrate, leave like that for 20 to 30 minutes. Then shampoo and rinse well. It is good for dark hair to keep it shining and lustrous.
Natural homemade Protein treatment: Beat 1 egg and add slowly 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of vinegar. Apply it on hair and keep for 10 to 15 minutes. Apply shampoo and rinse well. This is good for all type of hair.
For oily hair Use any thin type of oil instead of olive oil and add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
If you feel sticky also it is worth to do protien treatement. Use mild shampoo twice and condition it next day.

stop dyeing it. If you can't, get it professionally done instead of doing it yourself. You will need to condition it and not expose it to too much blow drying as well. No real way to keep it healthy unless you don't dye it at all though.

to be able to continue dying it and to be able to keep it shiny soft you have to condition your hair often and frequently - basically every time you wash your ahir certain dyes take away certain elements in your hair too so dont dye it too often - once every three weeks for a touch up or once every 5 weeks for a complete coulor change :)
