In the U.S., a good start would be to complete a course of studies in a science degree. This should get you the prerequisit biologies I & II, microbiology, chemistries I & II, physics, calculus and anatomy & physiology. Apply for and take the GRE, and then apply to the medical school of your choice. Also apply with the national registry.
