there are many ways of doing it, just depends on what you want to analyze in the air.

Need a sterilised microbe free HIPA filter vacuum cleaner.

Run it and collect the microbes on the filter and analyse the filters.

A Sterilised vacuum canister can be opened and closed, and by swabbing the inside walls, microbes can be analysed under microscope.
