No i dont, as these drugs do not work in the long run without damaging health. I would recommend you try a diet, not a weight loss one, one that re trains your body how to eat, not so much loosing the pounds but becoming lean and loosing mega inches. Nothing does that.. all these pills are a haux..
if you cant reduce your food intake, eat more of fruits and vegtables. Much less calories and you will get full.

Sorry baby, there are no drugs without sideeffects. Sibutramine is there for pople who are in desperate need. Wanna loose weight? Beleive me the best thing is old and heard many a times. Exercise and health diet.

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
