Fourth date coming up soon. Didn't want to rush it a spoil the relationship like a normally do, so I've been holding off. Is it still too soon?

It depends on the girl. Most would not think this is too soon. Try and get clues from the girl herself. (she would know)

Ok dude, it's the 4th date and by now she knows that you like her, take it as written that she likes you too otherwise you wouldn't have gotten a 2nd or 3rd!
I think you've been chivalrous enough and shown your true intentions. I'm a firm believer in kissing when it feels right to do so and not at any specific time.
Try holding her gaze for say, maybe 10 seconds or so. Stand close and peer into her eyes, if she holds eye contact throughout this period........gently lean in and kiss her gently. If she doesn't maintain eye contact then wait for the moment when she does.

It all depends on the girl, why dont you just ask her. Just ask, "I know this is our fourth date and from the moment i first saw you i wanted to kiss you, but i was holding off cause i didnt want to mess up anything, and i want to know if it is ok if i could gie you a kiss?"
I would rather a guy ask me that then for him just to go ahead and do it.

should be a good night kiss on the first date, cheek, then lips second, ,not french,, that should come 5 or 6th, of course depends on the girl and such,, some french and go all the way on the first date

You have been very patient. It's okay to kiss her. Sometimes a girl likes to be asked to be kissed. It shows you respect her.

Wow, I must be a naughty girl, cause I want that kiss on the first date. (If it goes well and he's cute!) And you can be sure that if he doesn't kiss me, I'm not above kissing him myself.
