What would u do if you lost a boy or girlfriend? Me I just lost a guy that I loved with all my heart. But know I don't even know what to do. He tried to say he loved me and everything, but if he did then why did he break my heart? Please anybody I need help. Just anybody. Can anyone help me??

I would try to get over him. The hardest part can be deciding you actually want to get over him. (holding on-even to the pain- is a way of keeping them in your life)
People who love you will not break your heart. He may have thought so once but it doesn't matter anymore. Forget the good times and the bad times. If you have to remember something remember the times you hated him, were mad at him or that he bothered you. That is not a guy you want back. You are better than that.
Cry, and talk to friends, then move through it.
Time helps--that seems so trite- but it is true.

Even though he broke you heart, and he hurt you like hell, if u still love him and he loves you, then why don't you give him another chance? It may be painful and disappointing, but it also may be the best decision you've ever made. Even though it may cause you pain, you should try for the sake of long-time happiness.
When you love someone, you let them redeem themselves when they make a mistake. If you do, then they'll see how lucky they are to have such a forgiving person like you in their lives, and will think twice before ever hurting you again. I hope you take my advice. Good Luck!

I know how hard it is to lose someone you truly loved but what matters is how you live your life after that. Pick yourself up and move on with your life. Show him that you can continue living your life without him. Go out with your friends again and have a good time. It will take time to forget him but surely you will as soon as you start living your life again.
