Head over to http://www.firstgov.gov and click on 'benefits and grants' to find the loan you need.

Go to www.fafsa.gov and there you can find help. They will give you a pin number that they send to your email y with that number you will be able to apply for a loan. You have to submit some information and then is done. Good luck.
