That would be egg salad - hard bolied eggs, mayo, salt, pepper - and watercress - a small, somewhat clover-shaped green leaf, similar in taste to a moderately bitter lettuce. This sandwich is an example of a typical afternoon tea item.

I dread to think what would be in it but the food label on the back of the package would be a good start.

500g flour
1 tsp
yeast
350 ml water
28g butter/oil
1 tsp salt
baked and then sliced up, buttered and then mixed with hard boiled egg (mayo sometimes), salt and pepper and watercress.
Is that enough info that you didn't actually need honey?!
