Don't expect to lose much in two weeks. With luck, you can drop 5-10 pounds, but it would require extreme measures. First, I would limit my daily caloric intake to about 1200-1400. Yes, you'll have to count calories and watch your portion sizes! Spread this out over 5-6 small meals. Drink 8-10 full glasses of water a day.

Then, you'll have to move... a lot... You'll probably have to jog, get on an elliptical machine, or do a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day, getting your heart rate up. Do this every day.

Please note, this is NOT a healthy long-term diet plan, but if you just need to lose weight quickly for some kind of special event, it won't harm you to do it once.

After that, increase your caloric intake to a recommended level for your age, sex, and weight, and try to keep up the exercise. Some of what you lose will be water weight, but it might be enough to let you fit into a special outfit or something, if that's your goal.

You want a serious answer, not one that strokes your ego or tells you what you want to hear? Read on...

There is no quick way. Your body will only have begun to adapt to a new nutritional plan after about two weeks. Some people may experience a body composition improvement in this time, most will not. You see, your metabolism is like a loaded freight train. It's going full-speed ahead in whatever direction you have set it. If you want to change it's direction, it takes a lot more than just hitting the e-brake, flipping on a dime and shooting off in the new direction. It has slowly grind to a halt, floor the engine in reverse, and slowly, but surely you will begin moving in a new direction.

Maybe it's a bad analogy, but you get the point. Metabolic changes happen over time. And body composition improvement (at least in the healthy, permanent, lean, toned, sexy sense), is a long-term goal.

Great bodies are not gained overnight. They are hard-earned and maintained with good, sound nutrition, supplementation, regular weight-training, cardiovascular exercise, and good rest.

Start now, because it takes time to get a good routine down. It's a lifestyle change, there is no quick fix that sticks.

Depends on your age and how much weight. It is hard to lose more than 4 pounds in that period of time and even that is a big high in expectation.

Remove all direct sugars. Reduce breads and starches to a minimum. Stop all fried foods. Remove all chicken skins adn breading. Drop calories to 1200 per day. Eat low calorie bluky things (I used apples 80 calories each almost a pound of bulk) between meals to curb hunger.

A meal would be like lots of steamed broccolli and a small skinless chicken breast. No more than a tad of butter or a little olive oil on the broccoli. Breast is poached or broiled in a rack pan (rack over a drip tray).

Also some Tuna over a lot of green salad stuff with some apple cider vinegar and a tad of olive oil or very light Italian dressing.

Breakfast would be like two apple or a whole grapefruit unswettened. Just peel it and eat it.

Oatmeal (instant) and a piece of toast with some peanut butter. Black coffee or coffee with just a spoon of instant creamer. Grapefruit

An egg poached with 1 piece of toast and a tad of butter. Grapefruit

If fast food is required, a McDonalds Mc Chicken or Burger (single) with water. Nothing else. A Yashinoa chicken bowl skinless regular size.

Alternatives: Breakfast as above. Lunch and dinner 1 standard Banquet TV dinner (not super size) or stoffers entree each meal.

30 minutes of moderate exercise twice a day. This can include walking 2 miles, bike riding, but it wouldn't hurt to do som sit ups and jumping jacks or jump rope or even running a basketball up and down the court for 15 minutes.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

You see, I am one of those people where no matter what I ate, it seemed that I could not lose ANY weight. This was even the case when I would exercise. I would go power-walking, jog, and one time I even had a Gym membership, which I eventually gave up because I could not deal with being around others who were so in shape... It made me feel very awkward and isolated. Anyways, I finally just decided to accept the fact that I would probably be like this forever. Eventually, I did get a boyfriend who I was with for about six months. That was until one day, when we decided to go to a local carnival. I noticed a change in him when we were in public. Unlike when in private, he seemed very distant, detached, and disinterested. When I would try to hold his hand, he would pull away. Later that night, after the carnival, he called me and said it was over. When I asked why, he told me that he was embarressed to be seen with me. He said his friends would make fun of him, and people would refer to him as the "Heffer's boyfriend." He did apologize, but said that we could no longer see each other. I remember crying myself to sleep that night. I told myself THAT WAS IT. I could NEVER go through that EVER again. It was time to fix this once and for all. I had to find a way to shed all those lbs, something that would work for me.

Good Nutrition To Lose Belly Fat
In fitness, we often repeat that nutrition is the number #1 factor that determines your progression. These aren't just words, going to the gym is easy but the real work takes place in the kitchen.
Here is a list of a few advice that can help you lose your body fat faster with nutrition:

Burn more calories than you consume: You can eat all the healthy food you want, but if you don't burn more calories than you consume, you won't lose weight. So don't misunderstand the term "eating healthy". If you want to lose weight, it's simple; eat more meals, but less calories.
Eat healthy snacks between your main meals: Losing fat doesn't mean eating less, it means eating according to your goals. Add healthy snacks between your meals, it helps you to never feel hungry, thus never eat junk food.
Consume complex carbohydrates and good fats: If you want to get a flat stomach, you won't need to cut all the carbohydrates and fats. You will have to reduce their consumption, then switch from bad fats to good fats and from simple carbohydrates to complex carbohydrates.
Eat more protein: Protein is known to help building and recovering tissues. However, many people don't know that protein can also be a good weapon to make you lose fat. Indeed, this macronutrient takes more time to be digested so you burn more calories and you feel full longer

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.
