My mom has done me wrong so many times. She has finally done something that has crossed the line. My parents are divorced, so my mom dates other men. I live with my dad. Well I was milested and I told my dad. My dad contacted police and it went to court. My mother lied for him saying he didn't do it. She has always chose her boyfriend over me. She always helped him when I needed help the most. I feel that I don't need to love her anymore because she hurt me so much.

Yes forgive. Resentment would not hurt her it would hurt you.How many times should we forgive those who hurt us? God says 7 times 70. Not meaning 490 times but meaning always forgive. Forgiveness is divine, it frees your soul. Bitterness, resentment and hate binds your soul and destoys you. You cannot make your Mom be the Mom you want her to be but you can be the daughter you want to be. You must learn the tough lessons of life at a young age. This lesson is that you must either accpet people based on who they are and how they are or exclude them from your life completely. You can always change how you look at things, how you think, how you feel, how you live etc but no-one can change other people and many destoy themselves trying to do so. Keep your focus on how you can be happy and healthy. Find a good role model. A friends MOm or someone else who can be a substitue role model as a Mother.Your Mom is still your MOm and you can still love her and not like how she lives. God Bless and keep you dear.

Just because a woman gives birth, doesn't mean she is capable of being a mother. One does not equate the other.

Your mother apparently does not have your best interest at heart and I would tell your father that you do not want to see her. However, love is not the issue, you probably cannot do anything about loving her. You don't have to accept her behavior and her treatment of you though, and I would keep her out of your life as well as you can. Distance will not make the heart grow fonder though, don't expect her to ever change. Protect your own heart from her, and when you get to be a parent, do a better job than she did.

Stop. Back up on this babe. I understand your pain. No matter what your mother has done in the past forgive and honor her. She is a human being who is not perfect. We always make mistakes. All of us. You need to speak with her about this now in a gentle manner. She probably doesn't have a clue as to how you feel. If you feel you can't talk to her. Talk to your Dad and maybe he could not only advise you but help you see a different perspective of her. If not seek a counselor who can help you.

You can love your mom still but stay away from her. She does not deserve you. A mother should always choose a child before anyone else. Cut all ties with her & maybe someday she will show you some respect. Make her suffer from not see or talking to you. Just like she mistreated you.

First of all I'm sorry that you had to witness this in your life. But you have to forgive and forget. I know your mother made a mistake but she is the one that has to answer for that, not you. So I think you and your mother should try and work things out, because life is just to short to be holding grudges. I know it will be hard but you can at least try.

Do love your mother one wrong doesnot justify another wrong. She was wrong and what she has done is really bad but that should not prevent u from bein good. Love your mother but make sure u tell her what she did was wrong and how its affected your life ,if this has no affect on her be carefull of her.
