I like to joke that if someone is serious about dieting and losing weight then the solution is to only eat naked in front of a mirror.

But to answer your question, I recommend that you do at least 20 minutes of cardio each day. Start with walking outdoors every other day - no excuses! Ignore your scale and focus on how your clothes fit. After all, isn't that what frustrates you when you're feeling heavy?

Set yourself a goal of a certain outfit you haven't been able to wear in a while. Try it on before you begin, and then only once a week thereafter.

As for other exercises, that depends on your interests. If you don't enjoy it, you won't stick with it. I enjoy running, biking and swimming. I want you to feel exhilirated by your workouts, not worn out. That's important too, because you need to do something you'll continue.

If you can do more than 20 minutes, go for it. As you progress, you will be able to go faster for longer. You may want to try jogging, but don't overdo it. Again your goal should be around 20 minutes minimum. More is better only to the point that you feel energized when you finish.

You probably already know what foods to eat. Focus on fresh foods, not packaged or restaurant. Cut back on the carbs and softdrinks. My weakness is beer, so I use it as a training reward.

WATER!!! You lose the actual molecules of excess weight through your kidneys, not your intestines. The only way that system works is by having enough water to wash out the waste, so drink enough water to keep your urine clear to moderately yellow. If you take multivitamins, your urine will be darker as you lose excess vitamins, so keep hydrated!

Best of luck to you. There's a whole flock of fitness fanatics out here if you have any more questions. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

whatever exercises every day for 1 hour at least. u can'tn lose weight from one part of your body, so exercises do not matter - u might just run, just do smth. about food - just buy dr.Phill's book, it is so boring to write about healthy food - everybody know what food is healthy
